Sales launch for condos, home lots and shops at Northshore Town Center

Since its inception, Northshore Town Center has been touted as a return to the traditional neighborhood lifestyle of decades past, a place where residents can live, work and play within the context of a single development.
Now the project has taken another significant step forward as its developer, James Doran Co., of Charleston, S.C., has announced that two Knoxville real estate firms will handle residential sales and retail leasing for the development’s Village section.
Realty Executives Associates was selected to sell the residential properties, which include Phase 1 of ISIS condominiums at The Village as well as town-home and single-family lots in both The Village and Beau Monde sections of Northshore Town Center.
R.M. Moore Real Estate Co. was chosen to handle leasing of the commercial spaces within The Village.

Located near the development’s main entrance at Thunderhead Road and Northshore Drive, The Village section of Northshore Town Center is designed to recreate the Main Street lifestyle of yesteryear in a virtually self-contained community.
Initial plans call for The Village to have three multistory mixed-use buildings featuring approximately 40,000 square feet of rentable retail and office space and 20,000 total square feet of condo space.
Two of the first buildings going up will be home to ISIS, a collective of condominium units located on the upper three floors, above eight lower-level retail and office condominiums. Specialty retailers, doctor’s offices, restaurants and service-oriented businesses will likely occupy these commercial spaces.
“The Village is for people who want to live in an urban setting but not necessarily downtown,” says Kristin Hettermann, James Doran’s Marketing Coordinator. “We’re trying to create an environment where you can get to know your neighbors again, where you can walk down the streets and you know the merchants and they know you.”
Each ISIS building will contain 15 residential units ranging in living area from 834 to 1,432 square feet. Layouts include a two-bedroom, a one-bedroom with den and a smaller one-bedroom plan. Each design provides single-level living that will be easily accessible by elevator.
“Inside, ISIS will have all the amenities that you would expect from a high-end condominium. It will be full-style urban living,” says Hettermann. Features will vary according to the individual floor plan.
Sales have already begun on ISIS condominiums, which start at $199,900. James Doran Co. is also offering single-family and town-home lots during the current phase of development. Home sites start at $69,900.
Residential construction on the lots will be done by multiple builders, including Mike Stevens Construction, which has already completed several homes.
