Northshore in motion

The James Doran Co. announced last week it has hired a pair of real estate heavyweights to market the Northshore Town Center project.

R.M. Moore Real Estate Co. will handle local retail leasing within The Village at Northshore, which will include three multistory buildings with 22,500 square feet of retail space and 24,300 feet of office space. Realty Executives Associates will sell lots for single-family and town homes, as well as 30 condo units on the upper floors of retail buildings.
