Development Is Stepping Up at Northshore Town Center

R. M. Moore Real Estate and Realty Executives Associates Signed To Market Properties. 

Northshore Town Center developer, James Doran Company, announced today it will partner with two of Knoxville's leading real estate firms–R.M. Moore Real Estate and Realty Executives Associates–as development plans accelerate for The Village at Northshore and Beau Monde.

R.M. Moore Real Estate Company has been named to handle local leasing of retail space within The Village at Northshore, located at Thunderhead Road and Northshore Drive. Initial plans for The Village include three multi-story buildings featuring approximately 22,500 square feet of retail space and 24,300 square feet of office space divided into build-to-suit units. 

Knoxville based, R.M. Moore leads the East Tennessee real-estate market in sales, leasing management and investment of business properties and is the only dedicated commercial agency with an office in the Sevier County tourism hub.  

Realty Executives Associates of Knoxville has been selected to sell all available residential lot properties at Northshore. This includes the single family home sites available in the Beau Monde neighborhood, the town homes lots at Northshore as well as the condominiums now being pre-sold in Phase I–ISIS at The Village. 

The ISIS luxury condo homes, located on the upper floors of two retail buildings in The Village, will feature 30 units. There are twelve 1,432 sq. ft. two-bedroom units; twelve "oversized" one-bedroom units with a den at 1,039 sq. ft as well as six one-bedroom units at 834 sq. ft. Pre-construction prices start around $200.

Realty Executives Associates has eleven offices and 520 agents in the Knoxville, Oakridge and Maryville markets. The company has been the residential market leader since 1985.
